Bike Ride

Meet at 10.00am at nominated place. Please BYO drink. Most rides 20 - 25kms (approx 3hrs). No liability is taken by SHNC so cyclists are encouraged to register and insure with Bike Victoria, as an optional extra and RACV Bike Assist Membership.

Feldenkrais
Wednesdays, starting October 8th
1.30 - 2.30pm
Learn to increase flexibility of mind and body through an interesting series of movement sequences. Suitable for any age and any state of fitness. Led by an experienced instructor. Interesting and fun to do.
$88 per 8 week term, $14 per casual visit.
Laughter Club
Wednesdays, weekly
8.15 - 8.50am
Laughter improves your physical, mental, emotional & spiritual wellbeing. Join us here at the cottage for a great time of laughter exercises and friendship. Meet in Cottage or on the back lawn of cottage when fine weather permits.

Line Dancing

Great fun and great work out.
$5 per session.
Qigong
Wednesdays, weekly
9.45 - 11.15am
Gently heal your body, improve clarity of mind and enhance your creative spirit. Suitable for people of all ages and physical ability.
$4 per session.
Strength Training
This is an exercise program which uses weights to improve bone density, strength, balance. For maximum benefit, the program needs to be done twice weekly. Some vacancies still available, please contact the Centre for more details.
$60 per term.

This program is for all ages and all levels of experience. You are welcome to join this friendly group.
$3 per session.
Tai Chi
Level 1 - Tuesday, Friday and Sunday
Level 2 - Thursday
8:15 - 9:15am
The Tai Chi taught is the Beijing 24 style of Tai Chi, a gentle exercise suitable for all ages. Relax and focus. Wear loose clothing.
Thursday classes are for more experienced tai chi participants.
$20 per term for 2 or more sessions per week.
$10 per term for 1 session per week.
Friday Walking Group
Fridays, weekly

Meet in Cottage Front Garden for a medium paced walk around the
local area.
$5 per year.
