Drop in Morning Tea

Newcomers welcome to this friendly get together that takes place in the Cottage Kitchen. Come into the office and we will happily take you over and introduce you to some of the regulars. Mondays, 9.30-11.30am.

A meditation group for stroke survivors. 2nd & 4th Monday of the month. 12.30-2.30pm. Free


Cooking “Blokes in the Kitchen” with John

Blokes in the Kitchen

A popular group for men needing cooking skills as a carer, or needing to be self-sufficient. 2nd & 4th Tuesday of month, 9.30-1pm. Cost: Varies due to ingredients. 

Men’s Discussion Group

Come and join this group to share your views about current events over morning tea. Fridays fortnightly, 10–12pm.
