Medium paced rides, mainly on bike paths, for both men and women, covering 40-50kms. We start at 9.30am and are usually back by 12.30pm.

Please check with the Centre Office before enrolling if you are new to the group.

What to bring

Free with SHNC membership.

Members of the bike groups require the following:

• Bicycle in good condition with lights and the front and rear
• Bike helmet in good condition
• Mobile Phone
• Tube Repair Kit or spare tube
• Bike pump
• Suitable and comfortable riding clothes
• Sunscreen
• BYO snacks
• BYO adequate water/drinks for ride
• Money for refreshments at morning tea stop
• MyKI card
• Ambulance membership and insurance highly recommended

Important information

Bike group members are required to be a financial member of the Surrey Hills Neighbourhood Centre and are also required to complete an “Acknowledgement of Risk” form prior to joining a bike group.
