Join sisters Mary and Thoulla and learn about the flavours of Cypriot cooking. Food is the common language for the Greek Cypriot family. Home cooking is an important feature of everyday life, and hospitality deeply ingrained in the Cypriot psyche. Meze-style dining is often the preferred method; a spread of various share plates including dips and breads, grilled halloumi cheese, stuffed vine leaves and sweets such as honey drizzled over lokmades (small doughnuts) washed down with Cypriot style coffee.
