Join Arzu for this entertaining cooking and cultural discussion evening. You will learn how to make four different vegetarian dishes including a lentil soup, a salad meze, Turkish borek and a dessert. Turkish cuisine is influenced by its location spanning both East and West cultures. Arzu will also talk about her experiences as an Istanbul girl and her identity of being Turkish. Come and join us to learn, discuss, cook, dine and have fun.
