The workshop draws on research and real-life experiences to support participants to develop practical strategies, build empowerment and unlock a new path forward and will: - Explore a holistic life model to develop awareness and strategies to create a balanced life – heart, mind, body and spirit. - Openly and safely discuss real challenges facing participants. - Draw from research to explore obstacles and resources. - Reflect on life themes such as community, regret, isolation, loss, family and wellbeing. - Reveal opportunities and practical strategies to empower participants to make meaningful choices in their life.
